Manufacturing expertise
Turning a joinery workshop into a genuine industrial business was the founding gamble of Émile and Pierre Cornilleau in 1969. Since then, the production facilities have evolved constantly to stay at the cutting edge and improve productivity and working conditions.
The pace has picked up in recent years. Major production innovations include two automated assembly lines, introduced in 2019 and 2021, which reduce manual load carrying.
In 2023, the subsidiary Cornilleau Steel, dedicated to steel expertise and located 13 km from the Bonneuil-les-Eaux factory, joined the production setup to give the company full control over this material, which is particularly important in our products.
