1. Design
- Use of recycled materials
- Standardized parts for easier repair
- Durable design with a long service life and repairability (spare parts available for 20 years)
2. Production
- Made in France
- Local suppliers (80% within 200 km)
- Responsible suppliers: mandatory code of conduct
- Origin of raw materials: metal and wood from France and Europe
- Continuous improvement of working conditions: less manual load carrying, a 4-day week in production, a committee and initiatives dedicated to quality of life and working conditions
- Energy management: geothermal energy and a thermally self-sufficient factory
3. Distribution
- Optimized parcel volume and weight
- Limited storage (just-in-time flows)
- Carbon assessment with an emissions reduction target through concrete measures, such as eliminating air freight
4. End of life
- Recycling of racket rubbers through the “Des plaques pour tous” program in partnership with the association Ping Sans Frontières
- Recycling of goods damaged in transit
- Recycling of materials when old products are taken back
