A 100% outdoor racket
From the creation of the very first version in 2005, the aim was clear: to design the world’s first range of leisure rackets in composite material, durable, offering performance and playing pleasure.
This was a technical feat, because only the traditional combination of sponge and rubber could then deliver a good level of play. But for all their undeniable playing qualities, these materials are limited as soon as they are used outdoors. Wood swells with humidity, rubbers come unstuck, and the racket quickly loses its looks and playing qualities.
Choosing a racket made from a blend of polymer and elastomer then became the obvious answer, as its composition resists knocks and bad weather. This composite racket, based on a revolutionary concept, offers greater resistance to knocks, humidity and the passing of time. Thanks to its unique design, the Tacteo, like all outdoor rackets, comes with a 10-year warranty.
A racket that moves with the times
2005: first generationThe first outdoor racket marketed by Cornilleau, in 2006. It quickly became a market benchmark.
2014: second generationBall feel was greatly improved with Skin+ technology, a unique coating with a patented surface geometry.
2023: third generationThe Tacteo’s colors were brought up to date, while keeping the playing qualities of this outdoor racket for everyone.

A true icon of outdoor table tennis, the Tacteo established itself from its launch as a timeless model, thanks to its design and construction, unique in the world at the time. Out went the classic wood and rubbers, in came a new combination of polymer and elastomer that does not come unstuck.

Bounce on sponge and rubber is very hard to reproduce, so this is a real technical feat, achieved here with patented Skin+ technology.
A coating that cannot come unstuck
The two-shot injection process ensures perfect adhesion between coating and blade. This method led to the first outdoor racket with a coating that cannot come unstuck.
A rigid blade
The injected polymer blade creates a very strong core, offering greater resistance to knocks and humidity.
Responsibility in your hands
With its outdoor table tennis expertise dating back to the development of laminated resin outdoor tables in the 1990s, Cornilleau had to create a racket worthy of its innovations. True to its commitments, the idea was born at its Bonneuil-les-Eaux premises: to create a 100% made in France racket.
From producing raw materials through to packaging, we work to reduce our environmental impact at every stage.
Design
All the company’s functions are brought together at Cornilleau’s historic site, at the heart of the brand’s expertise since the company was founded in 1946. Our research, innovation and development teams work on developing and designing the product.
Manufacturing
In the Paris region, the plastic is injected into a mold at high temperature and pressure, then cooled until it takes the final shape of the racket. This process gives the racket a 10-year lifespan.
Coloring
Plastic pigmentation is developed with a long-standing Cornilleau partner specializing in coloring plastics. This gives precise color in terms of quality, shine and weather resistance.
Packaging
The new Tacteo packaging is made entirely from recyclable cardboard, produced with a trusted partner less than 100 km from the historic Bonneuil-les-Eaux site.
